Please use this form if you would like to submit a presentation to conduct an interactive session (in person, hybrid or virtual) at the 2nd Asia CLE Conference (May 26-28, 2023).

All submissions must be in English and include the following:

NOTE: The deadline for applications is February, 28th, 2023. Submissions close at 11:59 pm Bangkok Time. Lead presenters will be notified by email as to whether your submission is accepted between March 7-14, 2023. Accepted presenters are expected to register for the conference within 2 weeks of being accepted.

Application Guidelines

A proposal for " interactive session" means that you will provide details on what, how and why your session is connected to the conference sub-stream/s, as well as the names & emails of all co-presenters. Session presentations must be either 60 minutes, or 90 minutes and must use interactive presentation methods to be accepted.

The session is required to be in-line with the Conference session themes, however, if the applicant has an idea for a session that focuses on Clinical Legal Education which is not included in the session themes list, this may still be considered.

Formats for Presentations

This year, the conference will be held in three formats:

In-person: all of the presenters will be present at the conference venue in Chiangmai, Thailand.

Hybrid: Hybrid sessions will include a mixture of presenters who will be present in person at the conference venue and presenters who participate remotely through Zoom from any location.

Virtual: This option has no in-person presenters. Presenters participate remotely through Zoom from any location.

- No individual can be listed as a presenter for more than two (2) presentation submissions.
- The deadline for submitting an application is February 28th, 2023.
