BABSEACLE is excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Trio for Justice Half-Marathon/Half-Marathon Relay, 10K Run & 10K Fun Bike Ride will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2010 in Sankampeang, Thailand, approximately 48 kilometers outside of Chiang Mai.
BABSEACLE has created the Trio for Justice to take place annually to raise funds for social justice causes in the region, including: prisoner rights, juvenile justice, discrimination, citizen rights, statelessness, environmental issues, access to health care, sex worker rights, child rights, and helping to build university based Community Legal Education (CLE) programs.
Participants from all events will ride and/or run through the King’s Project Reforestation Community, a BABSEACLE partner in Thailand.
The fun-filled day concludes with a celebration in the afternoon with an awards ceremony. The whole event is not to be missed!
