Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of the Fair Trial Roundtable.

(2) authorize us to disseminate the contact information to the other conference participants. Your name, organization, and contact details will be displayed in the participant list. The participant list will be distributed to: Roundtable participants and supporters, and sponsors

(3) to the fullest extent possible under applicable law, waive any right to inspect, approve or receive compensation for any materials or communications, including photographs, videotapes, website images or written materials, incorporating photos/images of you and waive any claims or right of action against the organizers, its employees, or officers in respect of such use of your image and/or personal data.

(4) to be part of the listserv/chat, participants will have the opportunity to stay connected with the network and engage in ongoing discussions and collaborations related to fair trial practices.
