Technical Officer, Legal Aid Office of the Department of Justice in Luang Prabang Province

Ms. Khanthaly Bounyong is a legal technical officer at the Legal Aid Office, Department of Justice, Luang Prabang Province.

In 2007, she completed her secondary education in Finance and Accounting. After graduation, she began working at the Court Registration Unit, Department of Justice, Luang Prabang Province, from 2008 to 2011.

In 2013, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law from the National Institute of Justice in Luang Prabang Province. Following her graduation, from 2013 to 2019, she worked at the District Justice Department under the Luang Prabang Provincial Department of Justice. In 2020, with the announcement of the establishment of the Legal Aid Office in Luang Prabang Province, she was appointed and assigned responsibilities at the Legal Aid office.
