Mr. Khammai Vonchalern is a Director of the Faculty of Law and Administration Clinical Legal Education (FLACLE) Program Faculty of Law and Administration, Champasak University, Laos

Khammai Vonchalern is the Director of the Clinical Legal Education (CLE) Program at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Champasak University. He also works in the Academic Department of the faculty. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Law from Champasak University in Laos and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Hue University of Law in Vietnam.

Since becoming the CLE Director in 2023, Mr. Vonchalern has actively participated in various CLE workshops and training sessions. He has supervised students in implementing CLE activities, including community teaching, in-house clinics, and mobile legal clinics, contributing to both student development and community access to legal services.
