Keophila Anouvong

Vice director of the Clinical Legal Education Center, National University of Lao Faculty of Law and Political Science (FLP)

Keophila Anouvong is a professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos, with 19 years of academic and legal experience. She holds a Master of Laws from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand, specializing in legal measures for labor court establishment in Laos.

She previously served as Head of Unit on the Civil Law Department (2013–2019) and currently Vice Director of the Clinical Legal Education Center at the National University of Lao, Faculty of Law and Political Science (FLP), where she spearheads community teaching and in-House consultation clinic.

She has been involved in the CLE (Clinical Legal Education) program since 2007. During that time, he has contributed as a trainer and volunteer, leading students in activities related to legal education and providing legal advice to the community.

She has collaborated on justice sector reforms with JICA and government agencies and contributed to multiple legal education development projects. Her teaching expertise includes civil litigation, contract law, and consumer protection.
