Bounlom Khansanga
Head of the Academic Affairs Division, National Institute of Justice Luang Prabang Branch
Bounlom Khansavang is the Head of the Academic Affairs Division and the person in charge of the CLE (Clinical Legal Education) Program at the National Institute of Justice, Luang Prabang Branch.
From 2003 to 2004, he studied at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, majoring in Jurisprudence, at the National University of Laos. After graduating in 2005, he began working at the Department of Justice in Luang Namtha Province as an enforcement officer responsible for executing court decisions.
In 2006, he started working as professor at the National Institute of Justice, Luang Prabang Branch, where he taught subjects related to the enforcement of court decisions and bankruptcy law.
From 2012 to 2015, he pursued a master’s degree at Thammasat University in Thailand, specializing in Business Bankruptcy Law. In 2015, he resumed his role as a professor at the National Institute of Justice, Luang Prabang Branch.
From 2023 to the present, he has been appointed as the responsible Clinical Legal Education Program at the National Institute of Justice, Luang Prabang Branch.
