We unfortunately do not specifically work in this area, we support organizations that work with children and single mothers within the region but this is not related to having the children adopted.

Are the deadlines for the reference letters flexible?

Yes, but we ask that applicants send us the reference letters as soon as possible or at least the contact information (including email) of their referees.

It is more than acceptable for applicants to just provide us the contact information of their references in the beginning, so we can follow up at a later date, if necessary.

What are the current projects with BABSEA CLE for volunteers?

Active projects with BABSEA CLE include a twice weekly program (Mondays and Fridays) of learning for a girls’ juvenile detention centre (JDC), a weekly program of learning for a women’s refuge, called Wildflower, and other ongoing training workshops for local outreach workers.

Volunteers might also go to a school at Mae Rim during the school-terms.
