Shruti Dahiya

Shruti Dahiya works as Assistant Professor at Maharaja Agrasen School of Law, specializing in Business Law, Constitutional Law, and Clinical Legal Education. She was formerly a UGC Research Fellow at the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. (Business Law) and has actively contributed to legal research and advocacy.
She has presented research at prestigious international conferences, including the GAJE-IJCLE-SAULCA Conference in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and the Asia Clinical Legal Education Conference in Thailand. Her work focuses on legal aid clinics, socio-legal mobilization, and constitutional justice, reflecting her commitment to access to justice and legal education reform.
Ms. Dahiya has been instrumental in organizing academic events, serving as Secretary General for Climate MUN 2022 and coordinating national seminars on women’s rights and governance. She has also published research in reputed law journals, addressing topics like human rights, customary laws, and judicial accountability.
With a strong commitment to social justice and policy research, she continues to engage in clinical legal education, migrant rights advocacy, and gender justice initiatives, making significant contributions to legal academia and community legal services.
