Prof. Richa is a renowned academician and legal expert with 16 years of teaching experience in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. Currently serving as Professor and Director, she has been instrumental in shaping legal scholarship and academic leadership.

With a Ph.D. and UGC-NET qualification, Prof. Richa has made significant contributions to legal education, policy analysis, and governance studies.
