Individuals may submit a request by completing the Letter of Invitation Request Form.

Please note that payment and registration completion are prerequisites for requesting an invitation letter.

The invitation letter may be sent to your registered email within 7-10 business days after submitting the request form. Please check your spam folder and contact us for assistance if you do not receive the letter within the allotted period.

You are responsible for establishing that you meet all Thai visa application requirements. The visa application should be submitted to the nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General at least two months before the conference.

If your application is denied. Your registration fee will be refunded.
*All refunds are subject to a $25.00 USD administrative fee.
